Pi Day Pie Workshop- Batavia

Celebrate 3.14 the best way we know how — with butter, flour, and a beautifully flaky crust. This special Pi Day baking workshop is a hands-on pie experience designed for passionate home bakers who want to level up their skills and embrace bold, seasonal flavors.
In this workshop, you’ll learn to:
Mix an all-butter pie dough by hand
Master crimping and decorative top crust techniques
Build balanced, from-scratch fillings using seasonal ingredients— Classic Apple pie and brown sugar sweet potato hand pies
Bake for structure, flavor, and that golden, flaky finish
Each guest will make their own pie from start to finish. We’ll talk pie science, sourcing quality ingredients, and how to confidently recreate these techniques at home. You’ll leave with your handcrafted pie, printed recipes, and the skills to make every day feel like Pi Day.
