Step into a playful, heart-centered aerial yoga experience designed to be shared with a special little one in your life (ages 5–11). This unique class invites you to explore movement, connection, and mindfulness together, both on the mat and in the air, using the support of the aerial yoga hammock.
Through partner stretches, interactive poses, and creative aerial play, you and your little yogi will discover new ways to move, communicate, and build trust as you share laughter and lighthearted moments. Together, you’ll also sink into the quiet magic of stillness with guided relaxation, using your shared hammock as a cozy cocoon where imagination takes flight.
This class is perfect for mothers, fathers, grandparents, aunts, uncles, or family friends looking to create mindful, lasting memories while nurturing a deeper bond. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced flyer, this experience will leave you both feeling more connected, calm, and inspired.
Each pair will share one hammock (2 students per hammock), making this an intimate and interactive journey of movement and connection.
