Making the Past a Present

Very few of us have the good fortune to make it through our childhood without some level of wounding. Whether it was a parent, a sibling, a teacher, or a religious figure; most of us have had the unfortunate experience of betrayal, disrespect, physical or emotional injury. As children we often experience these as events as life-threatening and create strategies to survive. As adults these outdated tactics distort and inform how we live, greatly limiting our ability to enter our lives fully and joyfully. They also affect the relationships with our own spouses, children, friends, and colleagues. Energy Medicine offers powerful ways to unwind these lifelong patterns - to free us from the burdens of our history and open up to life in all its beauty, and more importantly, all of our beauty.
