2025 Wayback Wheels Car Show

We’re bringing history storytelling to the streets of Batavia! Last year we had lots of wonderful cars on display representing 100 years of road history from the 1920s to the 2020s.

The Batavia Depot Museum is once again teaming up with Batavia Mainstreet's Block Party for a fun day of celebrating community and the history that drives past us on the roads each day. Check out the car show for free and drop in to the other activities of Block Party (live music and yummy local eats) for $5. The Batavia Depot Museum will have extended hours and the museum's famous open-air trolley will also be on display.

- Where? Houston St. Batavia IL.

- When? Sunday August 31 2025 from 3-7 pm. (Vehicle load in at 2 pm)

- Cost? $15 registration fee/vehicle. Please register your vehicle at  https://forms.gle/nUUBcXXmbagoFcry5 or stop by the museum during open hours. The car show is free to look or $5 to enter Block Party!

- Prizes! Yes we will do public voting for “People’s Choice” and “History on the Road.”
