🚨 Fall/Winter Kid's Consignment Sale will be held at The Sawmill Venue, Inc. October 16-18!! 🚨
‼️ WE ARE NOW TAKING CONSIGNORS! ‼️
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
Due to the complexity of this event, all guidelines must be followed — no exceptions. Most questions will be answered in this post, so take a moment to read thoroughly.
👕 WHAT WE’RE ACCEPTING:
• Fall/Winter in sizes Newborn to Youth 20
• Up to 10 pairs of shoes per consignor
• Accessories (diaper bags, baby wraps, blankets, etc.)
• Larger items such as play kitchens, bouncers, walkers, etc.
❌ WHAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT:
• Items with stains, holes, odors, or broken parts
• Games, puzzles, or small toys
✅ All items must be in good, clean condition — freshly laundered preferred.
💡Not sure if something qualifies? Just ask!
📝 TAGGING & DROP-OFF DETAILS:
Consignors are responsible for printing, tagging, and filling out tags for all items before drop-off.
📦 Drop-Off Dates:
• Sunday, October 12
• Monday, October 13
• Tuesday, October 14
We will post a sign up for drop off time slots in the Facebook group mentioned below.
No items will be accepted outside of these dates.
🛍️ SHOPPING DAYS:
• Wednesday, October 15 - Early Shop (volunteers)
• Thursday, October 16 - Regular Sales Day
• Friday, October 17 - Regular Sales Day
• Saturday, October 18 - ½ Price Sale Day
📤 Pick-Up Dates (for unsold items):
• Sunday, October 19
• Monday, October 20
Items not picked up by the end of October 20 will be donated to Roots of Care.
