In this series of Aerial Yoga classes, children ages 6 – 12 * will discover the joy of elevated yoga, learning to move, balance, and breathe in a supportive, soft hammock. Through playful and accessible aerial poses, your child will build strength, flexibility, confidence, and coordination while exploring what their body can do in new ways. Together, we’ll find ease in lifted poses, playful transitions, and even a few beginner anti-gravity “tricks” that make the experience as fun as it is empowering. No prior Aerial Yoga experience is necessary.

Emily Pease & Grace Falkner have been teaching kids yoga together since 2019. They skillfully blend storytelling, playful poses, and breathing exercises to keep kids captivated while teaching valuable skills in focus and relaxation. Their classes empower kids to build confidence, foster creativity, and connect with their inner calm - all while having a great time.
