𝐀 𝐆𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠
Healing in Community is a three-hour gathering where we come together to rest, rejuvenate, and reconnect - with ourselves and with the nourishing field of shared presence.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭
We begin with group grounding, meditation, relational mindfulness, and coherence building to bring into our collective awareness the themes and intentions we arrive with.
Participants then receive Craniosacral Therapy or Presence Touch sessions from one of the community healing practitioners present.
Both Craniosacral Therapy and Presence Touch are fully clothed bodywork modalities that work through gentle, subtle contact, supporting the body’s innate capacity to self-regulate and heal.
When held within a communal space of safety and stillness, this work deepens. The seeming boundaries between individual and collective healing begin to soften.
𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬
Some aspects of healing can only unfold in the attuned presence of others. Relational trauma requires healing in relationship.
By practicing in community, we open a field where our personal experiences are held in a wider web of support, reminding us that our wholeness is deeply interconnected.
When we heal in community, we also heal community.
𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
We believe high-quality therapeutic presence and attention should be available and accessible to everyone, regardless of social or financial circumstances.
This gathering is donation-based. Nobody will be turned away due to lack of funds. Any donations offered will be used to support future Healing in Community events.

Healing in Community takes place in Basel, Switzerland. These gatherings are open to anyone seeking rest, relational healing, trauma integration, and deeper connection in a supportive collective field.
