Yoga Practices
Annabelle's Autumn-Inspired Slow Vinyasa:
As the leaves transform and the air turns brisk, this gentle flow encourages you to slow down and reflect. Our workshop begins with a full-body slow vinyasa. Emphasizing breath and alignment, it’s ideal for introspection and nurturing inner strength during the tranquil autumn season.
Tonja's Deep Diving Kundalini Yoga:
Following the full-body flow, we'll explore kundalini yoga, focusing on the subtle body and using various meditation techniques, concluding with a profound gong meditation. This transformative practice employs breath work and meditation to awaken energy and facilitate self-discovery.
Nutrition Guidance
Nutrition Tips from Annabelle: We'll wrap up our workshop with a moment of community and sharing autumnal nutrition tips from Annabelle, along with her delightful tasters! Discover insights for a healthy lifestyle, including a detox tea and smoothie that will nourish your body and spirit. Feel rejuvenated and prepared to thrive as you deepen your connection with yourself and nature this autumn!
