Please note: We recommend not eating at least 1.5 hours before the workshop as breath work is most effective on an empty stomach. Please bring a water bottle and a notebook. The yoga studio provides mats, blankets and eye masks.
Health & Safety Considerations
Breathwork is not recommended for individuals with:
• Cardiovascular conditions (e.g., angina, heart attack, high blood pressure)
• Glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis
• Recent major injuries or surgeries
• Severe mental illness, seizure disorders, or those using major medications
• A personal or family history of aneurysms
Additionally:
• Pregnant individuals must consult their primary healthcare provider.
• Anyone with asthma should confirm with their physician and bring their inhaler.
