pseudonym presents its program "Broken Colors!"

The FIRST of TWO concerts in Basel this December - Broken Colors is a pioneering exploration of early 17th-century Italian repertoire, experimenting with and rediscovering the vivacious and flexible nature of the traverso in combination with strings and keyboards. New color palettes emerge in varying kaleidoscopic textures in chamber works by Castello, Palestrina, Fontana, Merula, Marini, Falconieri, Picchi, Rognoni, Uccellini, and Rossi.
