In der Fortsetzung unsere Workshopreihe zur Schnittstelle zwischen CI und Nervensystemwissen widmen wir uns der Berührung, Basis von CI und ursprünglichstes Regulationsmedium überhaupt.
Was braucht es, damit ich mich im Contact wirklich sicher fühle?
Wie kann uns das Wissen aus Körper- und Traumatherapie dabei unterstützen weiter loszulassen, uns wirklich berührbar zu machen?
Wir arbeiten mit Solo Erforschung, Körperarbeit und Contact Improvisation.

Continuing our workshop series on the interplay between CI and the nervous system, this time we will focus on TOUCH, as the basis of CI and most primal means of regulation.
We will work with solo exploration, bodywork and contact improvisation.
Mara and Leonie have a background in CI, Craniosacral Therapy and Shiatsu.
