Escape to the serene beauty of Glenwood Springs, CO, for a 4-day retreat designed to rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit. Travel from Denver on a scenic Amtrak Zephyr train and immerse yourself in holistic therapies, including acupuncture, water Release Therapy (WRT), rolling sessions, and so much more.
Friday:
8:45 am Zephyr to Glenwood Springs CO.

Awaken & roll(focused session on hands, feet, body)

Admission to Glenwood Springs Public Pool. Hours :9am-9pm
Drop in Classes throughout day
Sunday:

Sunday Rolling Class 9am-10:15am
Individual integration sessions-scheduled throughout the day
Sunday Group Dinner out on the town(if meal is Greater then $50, please cover additional costs.

Train heads back to Denver, CO, at 11:45 am
Arrives to Denver CO at 6:30 pm
Price: $1,325 per person
Includes accommodations, round-trip Amtrak Zephyr fare, all included activities, gift bag, and specified meals.
Payment Options:
Pay in Full:$1,275(save $50)
$300 deposit + 5 monthly payments of $205 (May 1st-Sept 1st, 2025)
$150 deposit + 6 monthly payments of $196 (May 1st- Oct 1st 2025)
Please let me know what option you would like, or go ahead and pay in full.
