RETREAT 4 - The Physical Temple of Love

The journey through The Sacred Ways to Self Love in 2025 has been a profound path of healing and awakening. Together we have opened the doors of Air, Water, and Fire, exploring the depths of our mind, our emotions, and our spirit. Each step has invited us to release, to trust, and to reclaim the light that was always within us.

Now, as we arrive at the final stage, we gather for the fourth and last retreat of the series:
“The Physical Temple of Love” – The Door of the Earth in the West

This retreat is a celebration of the work we have done and the healing we have embraced. The Earth, in the ancestral medicine of the Americas, is the place of manifestation and grounding. It is where the dreams seeded in the previous doors take root and become reality. When we truly do the inner work, we discover that our healing is the key to conquering our dreams and living the life we deserve.

During this powerful weekend retreat, Anthar will guide you to:

*Manifest the lessons and healing gathered through the medicine wheel
*Honour and care for your physical body as a sacred temple of love
*Deepen your connection with the land, ancestors, and the cycles of nature
*Embody practices that root your spirit firmly into daily life
*Celebrate the wholeness and abundance that comes from walking in balance

Through grounding ceremonies, ancestral music, sacred circles, and the nurturing embrace of the land, we will anchor all that we have reclaimed into our daily lives, completing the cycle with gratitude and strength.

This is the fourth and final retreat of the series, yet you are welcome to join even if you have not attended the previous ones. Each gathering is whole in itself, while also weaving into the greater circle of self love.

ABOUT ANTHAR:
Anthar Kharana Navarro, native from Ocaña in the north of Colombia, is a music composer, sound healing practitioner, and ceremonial leader, guardian of medicines from the Muisca traditions of his land and guide of the tabaquero way.

With over 25 years of experience, Anthar has led retreats, ceremonies, workshops, and concerts in more than 16 countries. He is the founder of Escuela Ancestral Colombia, Tribal Sound Healing, and the Tambora Foundation, and co‑director of ANSU School of Sound in Scotland and the Ancestral Pathways School in England.
