Pause & Connect: A Barry Menopause Support Group
​You don’t have to navigate this transition alone. Whether you’re just starting to notice changes or are well through the journey, join us for a friendly, informal space to talk, listen, and learn.
​What to Expect
• ​Open Conversations: A safe space to discuss perimenopause and menopause symptoms.
• ​Wellbeing Tips: Sharing practical advice on nutrition, sleep, and managing hormone shifts.
• ​Peer Support: Connect with local women who truly "get it."
• ​Zero Judgment: Just tea, empathy, and community.

• ​When: Fortnightly on Tuesdays, starting 17th February 2026
• ​Time: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• ​Where: highlight park, Barry

COST: £4 suggested donation for refreshments per week
