✨A time of abundance, but also equilibrium, the heightened energies of Summer now naturally shift towards a time of more deepened reflection and contemplation, as we find ourselves in a place of appreciation for what each season of the year can bring to our lives.✨
✨Experience, and align yourself with these energies, in an expansive and soul nurturing morning spent in a beautiful landscape by the sea✨
What to expect
This will be an unique morning, an interactive experience with nature herself, as she gently brings you back into balance, and let’s flow whatever needs to flow, as we move from a place of outward expression into a time of more inward reflection.
Throughout the morning experience:
🌱A walk-through the Meadows learning about the fruits, nuts and berries produced by the trees and plants, along with some ideas of what you could make with them.
🌱Learn about the folklore of the Apple tree, the Oak, the Hawthorn and the sacred Elder tree.
🌱Enjoy a stop by the sea to sample some home-made apple cake, elderberry elixir, and other produce made from what has been gathered throughout the season.
🌱While beautiful natural herbs are burnt to enhance the state of dreaming, connect to spirit, and attune your own rhythms to the rhythm of the Earth, as we take time for some deeper reflection and meditation in the woods.
🌱Throughout the session, we will be journalling to gain a sense of appreciation to what we’ve achieved over the year, and set in place our intentions for the months to come.
Additional information.
Meeting place for the morning will be outside the front of the café situated at the end of the driveway into the park. We will meet for 9.50 to start for 10.
The walk will be taken at a gentle pace, but please wear suitable clothes/boots.
For anyone who wishes to, we can gather together afterwards for lunch.
