A Fun interactive parent and child yoga. This course Includes fun props for targeted developmental yoga.

Which aids increased mobility. With play to enhance social development and physical development too.
Enhances the sitting /crawling/ walking development stages.

This course will take place at Abbots vale community center barrow from
Sunday at 12noon .
And includes weekly handouts occasional crafts&occasional keepsakes
