CPR Refresher for ESBC Responders

The CPR Refresher Class for Emergency Services of Barron County (ESBC) is designed to reinforce the critical, life-saving skills that our team relies on during high-stress, time-sensitive incidents. This focused training will review high-quality chest compressions, effective ventilations, AED integration, team-based resuscitation, and current AHA guideline updates, with an emphasis on seamless coordination in dynamic field environments.

Participants will engage in hands-on scenarios that mirror real-world responses across Barron County, strengthening muscle memory, communication, and role clarity within the first few minutes of cardiac arrest—when outcomes are decided.

As a countywide response team, ESBC members must operate with precision, confidence, and consistency; this refresher ensures we maintain a unified standard of care and remain ready to deliver decisive, professional intervention when our community needs us most.
