Our program, “Nature, Myth, and Majesty”, celebrates the power of music to capture the natural world, timeless legends, and classical brilliance:
🎵 Mendelssohn’s Hebrides Overture — a thrilling journey to Scotland’s mysterious Fingal’s Cave, with waves, winds, and breathtaking beauty.
🎵 The world premiere of the chamber orchestra setting of "Otohime Concerto for Double Bass" by Rhode Island composer Eliane Aberdam, featuring soloist Joe Bentley and Inspired by Japanese folklore.
🎵 Haydn’s Symphony No. 104 in D Major “London” — his majestic final symphony, filled with bold fanfares, playful melodies, and an electrifying Grand Finale.
💖 Admission is FREE (pay-what-you-can contributions welcome at the door).
