Seasonally themed, this workshop is designed to support us through the winter. Qigong is a gentle yet strengthening movement practice. Similar to tai chi, it is usually practiced slowly while standing, but because it does not involve a specific sequence of movements it is simpler to learn. No experience needed.
Following qigong practice, we will settle onto the floor to learn a few self-acupressure points. The workshop will conclude with a brief meditation, either seated or supine, in which acupressure on the feet will be offered.
No equipment needed, but please bring a mat or blanket if you would like for the meditation portion. Bolsters will be provided.
