Japanese Resist Dyeing Workshop

Discover the beauty of traditional textile techniques at the Barrington Woolen Mill on September 30, 2025, from 6–8 PM with our Japanese Resist Dyeing (Scarf) workshop! In this hands-on session, youth and adults will learn the basics of Japanese resist dyeing and apply the technique to create a one-of-a-kind cotton scarf. For just $20, participants will receive all materials, including the scarf, dye, and full instruction. With only 6 spots available, this is a perfect opportunity for crafters to explore a new skill and leave with a beautiful, wearable piece of art.
