Following a successful pilot, we're pleased to launch round 2 of WayMakers' newest initiative - the Parent Support Circle.
This small group of 8 parents/carers will meet weekly for 11 sessions, with each session offering time for structured discussion, informal conversation, and supportive connection.
This is a welcoming, facilitated space where parents and carers of autistic and/or ADHD young people can connect with others who share similar experiences.
WHERE & WHEN:
First session on 10 November, 6pm to 8pm.
At Barnstaple Youth House (BYH) on Market Street, Barnstaple.
Final session on Monday 13 April 2026.
THE FACILITATORS:
Sian Spencer and Louise Scholes-Trask. As well as warmth, trust and a dash of humour, they bring a well-balanced blend of professional expertise and lived experience.
FUNDING:
This initiative is supported by funding from the National Lottery Community Fund. Voluntary contributions are welcome at point of booking.
