Our Community Yeotown Yoga Reset is your hour to remember that part again.

Every Tuesday morning, we throw open Yeotown’s doors to locals for a breath-led, body-loving, soul-lifting vinyasa yoga session. It’s not about how far you bend or how great you look in the pose—it’s about what you reconnect with in the pause.

Led by one of our much loved Yeotown instructors—and once a month by Co-Founder and longtime yoga asana maven Mercedes Sieff—this weekly class is for anyone craving a feel-good yoga inspired reset to start the week with levity, clarity and calm.

Think grounding movement, deep breaths, a few laughs, and a mat rolled out to welcome you.

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or haven’t touched your toes since 2005, all levels are welcome.
