🌞 I’ve shifted the date of this special gathering after realising that many of you were already busy celebrating the Summer Solstice in your own beautiful ways — from festivals to holidays and running in the sun (you crazy 🤪😂)! So instead, let’s embrace the wider spirit of summer and come together to mark this radiant season in a slower, more spacious way.
🌻 Summer brings with it a vibrant, outward energy — a certain buzz, a sense of momentum, growth and expansion. It’s a season that invites us to say yes to more, soak up the light, and ride the wave of activity. But with all that outward motion, it becomes even more important to pause, ground ourselves, and reconnect with what truly nourishes us.
🧘🏻♀️ In yoga, this is a powerful time to align with nature’s rhythm — to honour the light within and around us, to celebrate vitality, and to consciously release what no longer serves us as we move into the second half of the year. This gathering is a chance to work with the energy of summer while also creating space to slow down and land more fully in your body and breath.
✨ Join me for an uplifting, soul-soothing evening of yoga, nature, and nourishment.
🌿 What to expect:
– A 75-minute outdoor yoga session (all levels welcome)
– Optional wild lake plunge 🌊
– Delicious BBQ with vegetarian options 🍽️
– Calming 30-minute guided meditation 🧘♀️
– Sundowner drinks to toast the season (alcoholic & non-alcoholic options) 🍹
