Sound Baths are designed to take you into a deep relaxation, a meditative journey and introduce you to a different form of healing using Himalayan bowls, voice, crystal bowls and grounding tools. They introduce sound into your chakra system and give you an overall introduction into how sound works with your mind, body and soul.
Sound Baths are experiences that are different for everyone . You can de-stress, take from the session what you feel you need and gain deeper inner peace if needed. Sound entrains the brain into an optimum healing frequency allowing all the peripheral information to be turned off. Only then can we begin to address anything that is going on for us on a deeper level.

Please arrive 6.20, 10 minutes before hand so the session can start on the appointed time. I cannot receive late comers if the session has already started as it will disrupt the flow and continuity for the group. It is also requested that people turn off phones during the session. Thank you.
Please bring with you pillow, mat, blankets, support cushion of under your knees if you need back support
