Give your well being a boost with dips in the sea with experienced Chill coaches & express your experience in your very own screen print
We've teamed up with Chill North Devon & artist & Chill coach Tushka Illustrates.
Sign up for 3 x exhilerating sea dips at beautiful Saunton Sands on Tuesday 9th, 16th & 23rd September at 10am & a screen print session on 30th September 10-3pm at Barnstaple Library.
During the sea dips with experienced Chill coaches you'll learn how to safely enjoy cold water swimming & learn about the health benefits.
After each dip you'll have a chance to explore expressing those feelings & sights with artist Tushka.
On Tuesday 30th September 10am-3pm you'll bring those ideas to Barnstaple Library & create your very own screen print with Tushka.
Chill CIC started life here in North Devon & are passionate about the benefits cold water swimming brings to people & about the joy & fun to be found spending time in the ocean

Tushka is an artist based in North Devon. Her sketches and screen prints are largely based on seascapes with a focus on light and water and the uplifting feel of being connected with nature. You can read more about her & see her prints here www.tushkaillustrates.co.uk

Before you sign up for the 3 dips & art session please be aware you will need to be able to get to Saunton beach independantly & bring suitable swim wear (not wetsuit) , dry robe or similar , warm clothes, hot drink, refreshments, a notebook & pencil.
