Pole clinic with Lisa Hales
Pole clinic to help improve your riding and your horses core strength. Lisa Hales is a
qualified rider biomechanics trainer working on posture, position and performance. All abilities catered for.
Group of 4 riders £10 each for an hour. Can do 45mins individual session at £40.
Let Rachel know and pay £10 deposit to NDRC account if you want to book a place, by 12th September
