Welcome to Magic Hour - an immersive 60-minute relaxation class designed to settle your body and soothe your mind.
We begin with gentle breath, movement, self massage and grounding, move into a guided meditation and journalling prompt, then recline for a crystal bowl/tuning fork sound bath to melt away tension and reset your nervous system.
A gentle practice with deeply restorative results: no poses to perfect, no prior experience required. You’ll leave rested, clearer and more in tune with you.
One Friday per month 7:30–8:30pm at Dancing Feet Academy.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early.
Bring a mat, a couple of pillows or a bolster, a blanket, warm layer, water and a notebook.
Ideal for stress relief, better sleep, creative reset and post-week unwind.
