Daoist Flow Yoga

I'm excited to share regular weekly classes will be starting from
Monday 6th October at 6pm-7pm
at the beautiful Shala of The Yoga Barn at Hele Bay you are warmly welcomed to Daoist Flow -
a fusion flowing practise of
Yoga, Somatics, Qi Gong and Meditation where as we flow you will naturally move into your most embodied state of being honouring your dear Heart, Mind, Body and Soul. Through an exploration of practises where you can enquire what is most supportive and nourishing to you. The practises will support strength and softness..flexibility and fluidity in most harmonious Yin and Yang energy. You will be invited to play and move in ways that are most inspiring to you. And to cultivate energy most nourishing to your way of Wu-Wei meaning effortless ease and action. As the saying goes you can't stop the waves but you can learn to surf and this is the way of the Dao. Daoist flows holds great reverence for the Earth, the Cosmos and our connection to all and everything.
