As the days grow shorter and the year begins to close join us for a deeply revitalising afternoon of cacao movement and breath.

We’ll begin by gathering in sacred circle with a cup of ceremonial cacao — honouring this ancient plant medicine with gratitude to the indigenous cultures who have preserved its wisdom. Together we’ll set intentions for clarity grounding and renewed vitality.

Once the cacao has opened our hearts you’ll be guided through a series of fascial release manoeuvres inspired by Human Garage alongside gentle breathwork practices. These movements and techniques work in harmony to release tension restore natural flow in the body and awaken fresh energy.

The session will leave you feeling lighter grounded and full of vibrant life-force energy — perfectly timed to carry you into the final weeks of the year with clarity and balance.
