About the event

A Journey to the Caucasus (2nd Event)
This is the Second Evening, planned for the 8th March.

Ilona Pettigrew and Dasha Mourton are both award-winning chefs with backgrounds that span fine dining, international kitchens, and deeply personal food cultures. Between them sit projects such as Spicy Mare and Vanilla Pod — work rooted in flavour, generosity, and confidence rather than trends. This collaboration brings that experience into a quieter, more considered setting.
This first evening explores Central Asian and Caucasian food cultures — not as a theme, but as a lineage of ideas, techniques, and shared tables.
