cathARTic- a new group for men.

We have 4 Art Workshops starting soon specifically for men (10th, 17th, 24th November and 1st December). ' CathARTic' is led by Artist Oliver Neilson. Oliver is an award winning artist who works with nature and salvaged / foraged materials. His work has appeared on film , tv , stage , advertising, album covers and in mental health outreach projects.

These sessions will evolve over time and offer a space for men to talk / create / find new creative ways to boost wellbeing.

‘We’re not just non-playable characters in someone else’s video game , we all have inner voices. Come and find yours. Explore creativity as a ‘bio hack’ for happiness . Go on a visual journey through thoughts and feelings and discover Art as a natural anti- depressant. Once you see that art is everywhere you can’t ‘unsee ’ it.
