Balintawak B3 Seminar

Coach Steven Baker from Burnley Martial Arts is coming to Invictus Martial Arts Academy to teach the foundational skills of Balintawak B3

What is it??

Balintawak B3 is a modern Filipino martial art developed by Coach Richard Cotterill, blending weapon-based and empty-hand techniques. It’s practical, fast, and built for real-world combat.

What will I learn??

Foundation course - you will learn the 12 angles of attack and the 12 angles of defence. The system then expands into combinations, counters, disarms, locks, and chokes.

How much is it??

▪︎ Juniors 1.5hrs with rattan included £25

▪︎ Teens/Adults 3hrs training with rattan included £35
