This summer session will be themed around the children's classic, Superworm.
We will start the session by sharing the story, then it will be your opportunity to explore at your leisure. You may like to try and complete the trail or get creative with a craft. In addition to the themed activities children can adventure through the beautiful meadow and adventure, climb and balance though the woods. We will have our mud kitchen for playing in and there will be watering cans, buckets for a splash in the beck.
We will end the session around the campfire with a tasty snack.
Bright Woods Forest School offers the perfect place for children aged 1-8 to explore, in an environment with plenty of opportunities for the children to engage their senses and aid their learning. The changing nature of the outdoors makes it an incredibly stimulating and multi-sensory place with the different sounds, textures and shapes, colours, smells and even things to taste under adult supervision. This is important as babies and young children learn and gain experience through all of their senses and it is always wonderful to see how they respond to the surrounding environment with their natural curiosity.

Our site is buggy accessible but it can get very muddy at times. It might be easier using a sling or a carrier for your baby.
