The Because We Care 5K is more than a race—it’s a mission in motion. Hosted by We Care Foundation, this family-friendly event brings our community together to support children fighting cancer and the families walking beside them.
Every step helps provide monthly gas cards, nutritional support, We Care Kits, emergency assistance, and critical resources for local pediatric cancer families—because financial stress should never be part of a diagnosis.
All ages and abilities welcome—runners, walkers, teams, strollers, and first-timers.
What to expect:
• Professionally timed 5K run & walk
• Participation medals for all registered participants
• Age-group placement trophies
• Overall awards for Top 3 finishers
