This empowering 2hour class is designed to teach women the basics of walking confidently and gracefully in high heels while improving posture and self-assurance. Through a blend of practical techniques and posture training, participants will learn how to:

• Choose the right heels for comfort and style
• Master balance and coordination while walking in heels
• Improve posture for a taller, more confident stance
• Enhance body awareness and fluid movement
• Build inner confidence through mindset and presence

With hands-on guidance, mirror work, and real-time feedback, this class creates a supportive environment where women can build poise, strength, and elegance—both in heels and in life.
