Every pair of shoes tells a story. Families across the UK are leaving empty shoes outside council offices to symbolise the thousands of children being failed by the SEND system.

This local event in Barking & Dagenham is part of the national Every Pair Tells a Story action, showing that children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities deserve education, support, and a future.
