SBMCDF Eloquence 4.0 : Intra Medical Debate Tournament 2025
Sher-e-Bangla Medical College Debating Forum (SBMCDF) promises you the ultimate debating experience—where every word counts, every argument matters, and every voice is heard!
After a break, SBMCDF Intra 2025 returns to continue its tradition of shaping generations of debaters. Last year’s Shaheed Faisal Ahmed Shanto Intra-Medical Debate Competition set the stage, and this year, SBMCDF continues its dominance in the inter-medical debate circuit and occasional ventures into the IV arena.
Tournament Details
• Format: Bangla Asian Parliamentary (3v3, 5 minutes per speech)
• Team Formation: Participants from Batch 53–56 register individually. Teams will be assigned via an online auction to ensure balance. Senior and junior debaters will mix for mentorship and collaboration.
• Platform: Fully offline (on-campus)
• Rounds on 11 Sept: Three preliminary rounds across 8–10 rooms simultaneously, creating a festival-like atmosphere on campus
• Breaks & Scheduling: Quarterfinals/Semifinals on 12 Sept will be scheduled at team convenience, depending on the number of teams
Timeline
• 11 Sept 2025 (Thu): Preliminary rounds after class
• 12 Sept 2025 (Fri): Quarterfinals/Semifinals (if required)
• 15 Sept 2025 (Mon): Grand Final & Prize Giving on SBMCDF’s founding anniversary
