• In this intimate gathering (maximum 8 guests), you’ll be immersed in a deep journey of sound medicine. Tibetan bowls are placed directly on the body, allowing gentle vibrations to travel through muscles and tissues, releasing tension and recalibrating your nervous system.
• Essential oils enhance this resonance. As their aromatic molecules reach the limbic system — the emotional center of the brain — they interact with neurotransmitters that influence mood, memory, and relaxation. The result is a symphony of scent and sound that nourishes both the mind and body.

The session culminates with the grounding tones of the gong, guiding you into a meditative state where stillness and renewal naturally unfold.
