Seaside Stretching at the beach

Join us for an energizing stretching session by the sea ✨

This is an outdoor class and will take place in good weather. If we need to cancel due to weather, you won’t lose your payment - you can reschedule or receive a refund!

⚫ In this class, we combine different stretching techniques to:

• stretch the body in a healthy & safe way,
• improve mobility
• gently increase flexibility
• release tension and connect with your body

The session is suitable for all levels.

• guided warm-up
• combination of science-based techniques such as dynamic, passive & PNF stretch method
• mobility work
