New Moon Cacao & Sound Bath

Join us under the New Moon for an evening of unwinding, restoration, and inner connection. We’ll open the space with ceremonial cacao to ground and open the heart, followed by gentle pranayama to release tension, clear the mind, and invite fresh beginnings.

The journey will conclude with a deeply nourishing sound bath with singing bowls, gong, and other healing instruments, restoring balance and harmony through the power of sound.

How to prepare for the cacao:

(This is so the cacao can be quickly absorbed, enabling you to go deeper into your journey.)

Recommendations:

• Avoid caffeinated drinks, such as coffee, caffeinated teas, energy drinks, and alcoholic drinks, on the day of the event.
• Drink plenty of water before and after drinking cacao to stay hydrated.
• Do not eat heavy food at least 2 hours before the event.
