In this special edition of our Conscious Collage Workshop, we’ll explore the theme of change through mindful creation and guided self-reflection.

This is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and ask yourself questions.

She holds space for people navigating change And accompanies them to reconnect with their truth through mindful practices.
