We’re hosting a fall meetup at one of West Virginia’s most nostalgic spots — Billy Bob’s Wonderland, home to a fully-operational 1980s-style arcade, outdoor mini golf, and the *last public Rock-afire Explosion animatronic show* in the country.
This meetup is open to everyone — fursuiters, artists, friends, and curious first-timers alike. Whether you’re fully suited or just sporting a tail, come hang out and have fun. We’ve reserved tables inside, including one near the stage and one booth for chilling. We’ll also have a private party room for storing belongings, suiting up, or just catching a breather away from the crowd.
🕹 The arcade has everything from retro classics to modern games, plus a food court with pizza, drinks, and snacks. If the weather’s good, the outdoor mini golf course will also be open — it’s a great place for photos and winding down with friends.
🎤 Billy Bob’s is also the only place in the U.S. where you can still watch a full Rock-afire Explosion show in person. These animatronics were built in the early 1980s and are incredibly rare today — many parts are hand-machined or scavenged just to keep them working. It’s a real piece of American entertainment history, and something truly special to witness live.

We’ll start setting up around 1 PM for those who want to arrive early, but the main event kicks off at 3 PM and runs until about 6 PM (though you’re welcome to stay later).
