Whether you're a stroke survivor, a carer, or a loved one affected by stroke, our group offers a safe, friendly space to share experiences, find support, and connect with others who understand.

We are happy to announce that we have a special guest speaker from Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Ireland coming to talk to us about the support they offer in the community.
🗓 Ongoing: First Thursday of every month
Join us for a cup of tea, a chat, and the chance to reconnect with the local community. Each month, we’ll explore helpful topics, invite guest speakers, and enjoy activities focused on recovery and well-being.
No need to book — just drop in! Everyone is welcome.
