Join us for an hour long sauna session under December's full moon, throughout which Sara Hurley will guide you through traditional stories, captivating you inside the atmospheric sauna. Our wood-fired sauna is nestled next to our fully chilled and filtered bath tub cold plunge. You will be guided through rounds in the sauna, where Sara will weave folktales, and through breaks to cool off in our shower and cold plunge. You will end your session with a warm mulled apple juice. We can't wait to host you whilst you mark this full moon with a grounding and creativity activity.
