Pit BBQ Workshop at Malki Museum

This workshop will cover the history of Pit BBQ and process of preparing and cooking Pit BBQ with Roy Mathews Jr.. The meat cooked during this workshop will be unearthed and eaten during our Malki Pit BBQ Fundraiser, the next day at Malki, on Saturday Nov. 15, 2025.
