We warmly welcome you inside the venue at 7am, where there will be introductions and tips from your host on how to get the best results from networking authentically and safety tips for cold water immersion. Then we'll walk down to the beach together, before enjoying a transformative group dip in the cold irish sea. After our dip, we heat things up with a wood-fired sauna, followed by a hot delicious breakfast and two inspiring guest speakers back at the venue.
Our two resilient speakers on this occasion are Jacqui Pope and Ben Gadd.
An award-winning entrepreneur and accomplished leader, Jacqui is dedicated to inspiring growth and positive change in others. With extensive experience in business development, coaching, and team building, Jacqui blends strategic insight with a genuine passion for people.
Ben Gadd is an Executive Health & Wellness Coach who will share his top tips from years of international experience on how to improve your health & wellbeing as a busy business owner.
