If sitting still feels impossible, your thoughts never seem to stop, or you’ve told yourself “I can’t meditate”—this class is for you. Embodied Meditation for Real Life is a gentle, flexible approach to mindfulness, designed to meet you exactly where you are.
Through accessible movement and simple awareness practices, we’ll explore a variety of ways to anchor attention—using breath, body sensations, sound, or stillness. This trauma-informed experience prioritizes self-compassion and choice, helping you find what works for your nervous system.
Each session is an invitation to:
~Slow down and reconnect
~Build skills for focus and emotional regulation
~Sit with uncertainty without judgment
~Practice mindfulness in ways that feel doable—even in a busy, restless mind
No perfect posture. No clearing your thoughts. No pressure. Just a space to be, breathe, and befriend yourself—one moment at a time.
