Tickets are valid only on the selected date and must be exchanged for a physical ticket at the venue.
Operating hours are daily from 10:30 am to 9:30 pm.
Visitors aged 18 years and above, or with a height of 140 cm and above, must purchase an adult ticket.
Children under 140 cm require a child ticket and must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
Senior citizens aged 60 years and above are eligible to purchase tickets at the child rate (valid ID required).
Children under 80 cm may enter the Main Hall free of charge but cannot access the VR Experience Hall or Rail Cinema.
Free cancellation is available if canceled at least 1 day before the visit date; cancellations less than 24 hours before or no-shows are non-refundable.
Prices are inclusive of 7% VAT.
