Refund Policy

Important Guidelines and Terms and Conditions: To ensure a smooth, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all participants, please read and carefully adhere to the following rules and terms before registering.

General Guidelines

1. Prohibition on Recording

The use of mobile phones, cameras, or any other recording devices during classes or workshops is strictly prohibited. Any participant found recording sessions will be subject to immediate removal from the workshop, and further participation may be denied.

2. No Requests for Video Content

Participants are not permitted to request tutorial videos, class recordings, or any form of video documentation produced by the organizers. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

3. No Distribution of Video References

Please note that no video references, tutorial materials, or recordings of Garba steps will be shared or distributed by the organizing team at any time.

4. Footwear Policy

Footwear, including shoes and sandals, is not permitted inside the Garba class or workshop area. Participants are requested to be barefoot or follow any specific instructions provided regarding appropriate traditional footwear.

5. Access for Registered Participants Only

Entry to the class/workshop area is strictly limited to registered participants. Parents, guardians, children, or any accompanying individuals who are not registered will not be allowed inside the premises during the sessions.

Terms & Conditions

1. No Refund / Exchange

Tickets/registrations once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.

2. Internet Handling Charges: An internet handling fee per ticket may apply. Please verify the final amount before completing your payment.

3. Arrival Recommendation: Please arrive at least 30 minutes early at the venue to ensure a smooth check-in and avoid delays.

4. Health Advisory: Do not purchase tickets or attend if you are feeling unwell.

5. Unlawful Resale

The resale or attempted resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Such actions may lead to ticket cancellation without refund or compensation.

6. Admission Rights Reserved: The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone at their discretion.

7. Subject to Change: These terms and conditions may be updated or modified by the organizer at any time.

8. Proof of Registration Required

Registration is valid only upon successful payment and submission of the payment screenshot. Without this, registration will not be considered.

9. Penalty for False Registration

If you are found with a false or fraudulent registration, a fine of ₹3000 will be imposed.

10. Payment Confirmation

Once payment is made, you must share the payment screenshot with the respective contact. Your attendance will be valid only after confirmation.

11. No Refund Post-Payment

Once payment is completed, no refund will be given for any reason, whether by choice, mistake, or circumstance.

12. Non-transferable Registration

Registrations are non-transferable and valid only for the person who registered. It cannot be shifted to another person.

13. Workshop Exclusivity

If you register for one workshop, you cannot switch to another workshop using the same payment/registration.

14. Missed Sessions

If you miss a workshop or session, the registration fee will not be refunded. Trainers will not repeat missed sessions.

15. No Video Support or Replays

We will not provide any recordings, step references, or tutorial videos. Any videos recorded by us during the workshop are not to be distributed or shared.

16. It is mandatory to wear masks at all times and follow social distancing norms

FINAL NOTE: If you register after the start date, in between, or on the end date, we won't repeat the previous session or transfer to the next batch, and the price will be the same, i.e., 2250 INR only.

So, please book your slot wisely.
