Spotlyte Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Event Cancellation by User
Full Refund Eligibility:
Users can cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the event start time and receive a full refund.
How to Cancel:
Navigate to "My Bookings" → Select the event → Tap on "Cancel Booking".
Refund Timeline:
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
2. Event Cancellation by Host or Spotlyte
If the event is canceled by the host or Spotlyte, users will be issued a 100% refund automatically.
Refunds will reflect in the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Post-Event Complaints & Quality Concerns
Users can raise a complaint within 48 hours after the event if:
Complaint Submission:
Visit "My Bookings" → Event → "Raise a Complaint".
Spotlyte Review Process:
Our team will review the complaint manually (including event feedback, host response, and photos if any). If the claim is validated, a partial or full refund will be initiated.
4. Influencer/Host Payout Policy (T+7)
Payouts to influencers or event hosts will be made 7 days after the event (T+7), allowing time to handle complaints, refund requests, or disputes.
In case of active disputes or refund claims, payouts will be put on hold until resolution.
5. No-Show & Late Entry
If a user fails to attend an event or arrives after the allowed entry time (as mentioned on the event page), no refund will be issued.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases like natural disasters, safety alerts, government restrictions, or medical emergencies (with valid proof), Spotlyte may offer:

8. Event Modifications
If minor changes are made to event details (venue shift within 2km, timing adjustments within 1 hour), the event will not qualify for auto-refund. Users will be notified via in-app alerts & email.
